Our
wine and fruit based apéritifs represent the culmination
of regional recipes and the masterly touch typical of
their artisan heritage.
The process involves maceration of the fruit in muscat
wine with a minimum of 75% wine.
The wine flavour marries gently to that of the fruit resulting
in a unique natural apéritif. |
